IFMAR 1/10th Electric 4WD Off Road Worlds - Thursday Practice

Tekno NB48 2.0

Tekno RC is working on the new 2.0 version of the NB48 1/8th 4WD Competition Nitro Buggy. The vehicle is based on a completely new platform and includes many changes.

After over a full year of on-track testing and many, many revisions, Tekno has created a vehicle that maintains quality and durability while improving on the NB48 2.0 consistency and handling. SCA-1E

Carisma has announced their latest Scale Adventure release, a SCA-1E RTR with body shell replica of the iconic 1986 Subaru Brat. The original vehicle was designed in Japan as an Export Only vehicle, and was sold in most major territories under different guises.

It soon had a global following, with even President Ronald Reagan owning one on his ranch late into the 90’s. Interestingly it also became a cult gray import vehicle back in Japan itself. The nostalgic design still inspires Off Road RC fans off all ages.

Losi (distributed by Horizon Hobby) have revealed the new 1/10 scale replica of the Ford Raptor Baja Rey, the most authentic looking Desert Truck on the market with the performance and durability of a race vehicle. This off-road vehicle comes equipped with a Dynamite Fuze 3800Kv brushless motor (with a waterproof 130A ESC), as well as a solid rear axle, independent front suspension, and roll cage with upright shocks, so you can tear across all types of rocky off-road terrain.

Officially licensed Ford Raptor body panels, licensed Black Rhino Wheels and King Shocks trim schemes bring authentic scale details to the Ford Raptor Baja Rey. These will have racers doing double takes as they take on all comers.

The onboard traction  control allows you to fly across the desert at speeds in excess of 50mph all while in complete control and completely dialed in. You get an authentic off-road racing experience with injection molded details, light bars and two licensed trim schemes. A powerful LED light bar cast more than enough illumination for running at night but place only a small demand on the battery allowing you to bash has much as you wanna.

At the end of July Kyosho will begin the distributions of the new Inferno GT3 4WD Touring Car 1/10th. With realistic roll and movement as well as being easier to drive than 1/10 touring cars or 1/8 racing cars, the 1/8 GT category has developed a popular following around the world. As an established GP on-road racing category, specifications adhere to the regulations set by IFMAR (International Federation of Model Auto Racing). This Inferno GT3 chassis kit is the ideal model to compete in the 1/8 GT racing category.

Based on Kyosho’s flagship model, the Inferno MP9 TKI4 1/8 GP buggy, the GT3 represents a full model change from the previous Inferno GT2 version.
