Last weekend the final round of the Italian 1/8th Buggy Championships was held at the Pista RC “Casa Mora” in Castiglione della Pescaia. Davide Ongaro (Team Associated/LRP/AKA) won the nitro category for the forth time in a row closing a perfect season.
Behind him, Riccardo Berton (Kyosho/OS Engines/Pro-Line) and Marco Baruffolo (XRAY/FX Engines/Hot Race). This is the third Italian title won by Davide Ongaro in a row.
In the E-buggy class the new Italian Champion is Marco Baruffolo (Xray/Hobbywing/Hot Race). Behind him Ongaro and Fabrizio Teghesi (Kyosho/Ielasi Tuned/Hot Race).
