Tamiya has announced the features of the upcoming 1/10th Scale 4WD Off-Road Car Isuzu Mu Type X Black Metallic. This is a special black metallic version of the Isuzu mu Type X, which will be available in hobby shops before Christmas.
The CC-01 Chassis uese a long-stroke suspension system with a front double wishbone and rear 4-link rigid setups. The full-time 4WD system features a front-mounted motor, which transmits power to the front wheels via the gearbox and to the rear wheels via the propeller shaft with universal joints.
Front and rear differentials enable smooth cornering. For even greater off-road performance on rough terrain, the rear differential may be locked during assembly.
