Horizon Hobby has presented the new E-flite Delta Ray rc airplane with SAFE Technology. This model is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to learn to fly RC. Its compact, uses a delta wing design and exclusive technologies deliver an airplane that is easy to fly for beginner.
The Delta Ray is factory-assembled and Ready-to-Fly right out of the box. The fuselage is made by durable EPO and mounts a SAFE System (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope), plus you can use GPS (sold separately) to add AutoLand, Virtual Fence and Holding Pattern features.
The electronics feature a BL 180 Brushless Outrunner, Speed controller, 5-channel receiver, radio, 2S 280 Li-Po Battery and Celectra 2S 7.4V DC Li-Po Charger.
The Delta Ray performs aerobatic maneuvers including loops, rolls and even inverted (upside down) flight.
The airplane it is also available in BNF Basic version (EFL9550) that allows you to use your favorite Spektrum transmitter, batteries and chargers to save money.
