Serpent has shown the first images of the new electric on-road 1/8th Scale Cobra SRX8 GTe. The model is based on the design of the nitro SRX8 GT with a new weight distribution. The LiPo packs are positioned in the rear with the electronics (motor, regulator and servo) in the front part.
The chassis is made of aluminum and uses many carbon parts, such as the upper central deck, which improves flexibility by increasing the traction of the four driving wheels and shock-absorber towers with different setup points. Among the other features we can see, the assembly kit will include the front and rear anti-roll bars.
At the moment all the features of the SRX8 GTe have not yet been published, and we look forward to hearing more. We expect the SRX8 GTe to arrive in model shops very soon.
