The robust and well engineered 4Y-24 4WD Buggy Kit incorporates all the features you would expect of a class leading model. It’s the perfect starting point for any serious 1/24th race buggy build.
Independent coil over suspension works with 1/10th Race Buggy inspired A-Arms to keep the tyres generating grip, while the slipper clutch protects the driveline from undue stress when jumping or changing from high to low grip surfaces. Tough gear diffs, front and rear, allow for a true 4WD “Lift Off Oversteer” dynamic, and can be fine tuned by changing the viscosity of the internal grease used.
Included in the comprehensive kit is a punchy 8000kv brushless motor, our latest KD-PROPO CTX-2000 2.4GHz FHSS TX (with 3-speed and vehicle power options built in), precise, fully proportional steering (using a true servo), A combined ESC/RX that has both 1 and 2S LiPo compatibility, and big features like Thermal Protection and Smart Braking.
Also Included are 2 Spur Gear options (58 & 59t) and 3 Pinion options (12, 13 &14t), making fine tuning the gearing for any type or size of track easier. Metal Dog Bones are also included for durability and the whole driveline is also ball-raced to reduce friction and improve performance. The 4Y24 kit will keep you ahead of the competition for a long time to come.
All the basics are included, from 2.4GHz FHSS radio gear, a fast and responsive steering servo, to the Brushless Long Can Motor and ESC.
