JConcepts: 1978 Chevy Camaro Street Stock Body

This new body debuted last month at the JConcepts Spring Dirt Oval Nationals in Nebraska (USA) to a thrilling reception. The set includes clear body (officially licensed by Chevrolet), window mask, instruction sheet and decal sheet.

The 1978 Chevy Camaro Street Stock Body is a great compliment to an emerging entry level class on the dirt-oval racing scene and features a fastback roofline with built-in rear spoiler, traditional V-nose and grille with perched headlights. The rear is highlighted by large format taillight and turn signal combination lamps. In addition, the large format side-windows and wrap-around rear window scream late 70’s styling cues.

If you’re not too young, you might recall the days when the coolest guys in town cruised the streets in a shiny new 1978 Camaro. In those days the classic pony car sported a new, flowing look and set a new record for annual sales for the Chevrolet brand.

Today, the Camaro is the talk of the race track with all specific wheelbase and width to fit 2wd off-road buggy and requires body mounting assistance while using the B6 and Team Associated T6.1.
