Next month Kyosho will released a limited edition of their Inferno MP10 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the platform. Only 300 kits will be made and they will include a bunch of option parts as standard as well as a commemorative chassis plate with the edition number engraved.
A limited commemorative model based on the MP10 TKI2. The main chassis is engraved with a logo commemorating the 30th anniversary.
Like the main chassis, the wheel nuts are engraved with the 30th anniversary logo. Since the size is compatible with the conventional wheel nut, it is possible to change to the conventional product when driving.
In addition to the 30th anniversary logo, the logo of the successive Inferno series that won the world title and special decals printed with various Kyosho logos are also included. Together with the plated logo decal, it will be an accessory limited to the commemorative model.
A center differential that combines a small diameter type case, a lightweight spur gear, and an aluminum bevel shaft is included. Significantly lighter than the normal specification, greatly contributing to improved throttle response.
The body is the same as the MP10 TKI2, but the limited commemorative model comes standard with resin side mirror parts. Although it is a race model, it enhances the scale of the body and at the same time proves that it is a special specification.
Equipped as standard with a brake rotor with slits that is lightweight and provides reliable braking force.
Parts that were made of aluminum in the standard kit, such as damper stays and upper plates, have been changed to optional carbon parts. The weight is reduced and the center of gravity is lowered to improve cornering characteristics.
Fluorescent yellow optional parts are used for the suspension bush, front and rear wheels, rear wing, and fuel tank opener. Along with creating a special feeling, visibility when opening and closing the fuel tank is also improved.
The front C-shaped hub carrier and rear hub carrier are made of rigid aluminum to improve traction. The front caster angle is 17.5 °, which demonstrates excellent handling characteristics regardless of the road surface.
