Zero Tribe has released the new MID Motor conversion kit for the Yokomo BD9 Touring Car we spotted at the begin of July. This conversion kit is based on the BD9 main chassis. The purpose is to reduce the time lag during the use of the throttle by eliminating the difference in belt length between front and back.
As a result, the motor is laid out centrally, enabling a balanced mid-ship layout of chassis using short LiPo battery.
After the motor conversion for the Xray T4 the Japanese brand Zero Tribe announced a new mid motor conversion kit for the Yokomo BD9 Touring Car.
The driving characteristics of “mid” motor setup gives better cornering speed and stable driving compared to rear motor layout. A release date and price have not yet been shared, stay tuned!

Japanese RC brand Zero Tribe has released a FWD Conversion Kit for Xray T4 10th scale Touring Car (version 2015/16/17). Thanks to this conversion kit you can use a motor FWD configuration on your Xray, completely changing the model’s performance.
The T4 layout with a low center of gravity has many advantages as a FWD. The motor is set in front of the front axle. The space for the battery is now bigger and the chassis has the possibility to mount the battery in four different positions.
