The legendary Italian racing track Minicar Fontanellato hosted the annual Mon-tech Racing GP for many years now. 2021 was no exception as the race was also included in the official calendar of the Italian RC Federation (ACI Sport), thus allowing the race to go ahead with all the necessary authorisations and safety protocols.

Last weekend Marco Baruffolo won the 2020 HotRace Cup held at his hometown track NitroBuggy Genzone. Behinf him on the 1/8 nitro podium we find Valente Leonardo and Zanchettin Alex in third place.
The Italian offroad legend writes: ” The track was really difficult with high grip and some bumpies and was really hard to drive fast and safe. In the first qualification I took the TQ and for the other 2 rounds we decide to change something to the car for the final. Finished 2nd overall behind Boots.

REDS Racing, the Italian brand famous for their nitro engines, announced the signing of young racer Marco Ravaglia to their team for the 2020/21 racing season. The Italian driver will debut with his new team at the One Race One Man race at the IBR Padova indoor track at the beginning of next year.

ITALY / CIRCUS RC – The 2019 Winter Cup was held at the IBR Padova near Venice. SWORKz duo of Elliott Boots (SWORKz/REDS Racing/Pro-Line) and Juan Carlos Canas (SWORKz/REDS Racing/6MIK) set the pace in the rounds of qualifying and took the overall TQ in Nitro Buggy and E-buggy respectively.
Last weekend the final round of the Italian 1/8th Buggy Championships was held at the Pista RC “Casa Mora” in Castiglione della Pescaia. Davide Ongaro (Team Associated/LRP/AKA) won the nitro category for the forth time in a row closing a perfect season.

Last weekend the new rounds of the RCGP World Series have been held at the Italian track “D&R Dirt Race RC“. The World Champion Davide Ongaro won both the Italian rounds and so the young pilot confirmed himself to be unbeatable in 2019.
