JCI Creep

Among the newest products from Jconcepts there is a new JCI Creep Crawler Body for 313mm wheelbase models. The Creep by JConcepts is the latest in tough and dependable designs suited to high articulation vehicles in the scale community.

Starting with a crisp front-end, the narrow truck has a skeleton-like a grille and beady eyes that have an angular V shape structure setting up the hood line and front-end clip. The long nose dead-ends into the V-shaped windshield which transitions into a large single cab providing that all-important vintage feel.

JConcepts: 2005 Silverado Monster Truck Body

The US brand JConcepts has released another wonderful monster truck body! The 2005 Chevy Silverado is a big, all-American truck, and it looks the part, with its wide face and stylish yet slab-sided flanks. Ninety-degree angles dominate the styling providing that all-important Chevy “bowtie” look and the horizontal hardlines along the body panels ensures the truck’s dramatic road presence.

 

 When it comes to monster trucks, Chevrolet has a die-hard following going back to the square body designs of the 70’s and 80’s. A keen eye will detect the family heritage in monster trucks and now JConcepts is bringing another favorite to the RC loyalist. Continue Reading

JConcepts B74 Aero Front Scoop lower front wing

JConcepts just released the B74 Aero Front Scoop: a lower front wing designed for a variety of 4wd buggies. The lower front wing, or scoop, is an option to the 4wd buggies that has shown to an increased feel and sensitivity in large sweeping sections and can help with jumping attitude in the tricky track sections. The Front Scoop helped Ryan Maifield capture the 2017 IFMAR World Championship in the 4wd class.

The 1978 Camaro debuted in May of 2019 at the inaugural JConcepts Spring Dirt Oval Nationals

This new body debuted last month at the JConcepts Spring Dirt Oval Nationals in Nebraska (USA) to a thrilling reception. The set includes clear body (officially licensed by Chevrolet), window mask, instruction sheet and decal sheet.

The 1978 Chevy Camaro Street Stock Body is a great compliment to an emerging entry level class on the dirt-oval racing scene and features a fastback roofline with built-in rear spoiler, traditional V-nose and grille with perched headlights. The rear is highlighted by large format taillight and turn signal combination lamps. In addition, the large format side-windows and wrap-around rear window scream late 70’s styling cues.

JConcepts: 2.6 Krimson Dually Wheels

JConcepts released the 2.6” Krimson Dually for Axial SMT10 Monster Truck kits,  Clod Buster (and similar) and Traxxas Stampede, Stampede 4×4, Slash 4×4, Rustler and Rustler 4×4. This new wheel is a first of its kind, a purpose built, 2-piece, 12mm hex wheel which fit dual Fling King tires to perfection. Like the originals, the wheel is 2-piece which accomplishes many things in the process.

The use of an inner and outer wheel allows ease of build and gluing of the tires while aligning and perfecting the ultimate mud tire combination.

JConcepts: Monster And Mega Tour

The popularity of RC Monster Truck and Mega Truck continues to grow so JConcepts decided to organize a brand new event. The Monster and Mega Tour will hold its inaugural event at The Track (Maryland/USA), during the weekend of December 7-8, 2019 . This location, owned by Mimi Wong, is no stranger to hosting large events, most recently hosting the 2017 1/10th ROAR Electric Nationals along with a slew of high-level regional events.
