Tamiya has finally revealed the SUPER AVANTE: a brand new 1/10 R/C 4WD off-road buggy model built on the newly designed TD4 chassis and a stylish body inspired by the classic Avante and produced by my Japanese friend Kota Nezu who is a popular industrial designer who has already collaborated with Tamiya for several Mini4WD models.

Since the introduction of the RC10 in 1984, the Team Associated RC10 buggy platform has won 13 of the 18 I.F.M.A.R. World Championships contested since the class began. You now have the chance to drive a buggy derived from this race-winning heritage with the beginner-friendly, yet capable and powerful RB10.
The RB10 Electric Off-road Buggy was engineered using Team Associated’s vast knowledge and success in the 1:10 scale 2WD racing category. Featuring a water-resistant, high-power Reedy brushless speed control, 3300kV brushless motor, a 2.4GHz 2-channel radio system, as well as our DVC (Dynamic Vehicle Control) receiver unit with built-in adjustable digital gyro.

After several months of preparations, tomorrow mayako.com will open! This is the official start of a new Japanese hobby brand that aims to revolutionize how RC cars are marketed. “There will be a limited amount of prototypes available. There are some people who have requested to join as members, but only buying the production version in 2022, while being a part of the journey this year.”

Team Associated has revealed the brand new racing RC10B6.3 that continues the trend of refinement and reliable performance set forth by its predecessors. With an all-new wide-pivot rear end and chassis-mounted servo mount, the RC10B6.3 is unmatched in stability and confidence.
Associated designers worked to improve performance but also durability has also taken a step forward by resolving issues such as bending wing mounts, steering bellcrank screw breakage, and excessive steering linkage play.
Team Corally started the new year with a bunch of new models. Today they posted a promotional video for the Radix4 and Radix6 brushless buggies. Both models are Ready to Run and are designed to make bashers super happy.
The Radix4 is a 4S-capable stunt buggy, delivering outrageous performance at a surprisingly affordable price. Instead the Radix6 XP not only is it a supreme bash buggy, it’s also a capable 1/8 EP Buggy entry-level race car!
Marco Baruffolo is the 2020 Italian Champion with his XRAY XB8E brushless buggy.
The Italian off-road champion declared: “I am super happy about my result, very hard condition at OngaroRing’s track with the heavy rain of saturday but my package worked amazing today and I was able to take the win and bring at home the title!”

Bittydesign released the new Vision lexan body for the XRAY XB8 racing buggy. Tested for several months on different types of surfaces and layouts, this body combines a stunning look together with performance at the top of the class.
The mid-advanced cab has been designed by Italian engineers to increase cornering but at the same time, thanks to the soft rear slide behind the roof, the body is perfectly balanced in its shape giving the XRAY XB8 buggy a particularly sinuous and slender line.
