HB Racing has released a few details on their new D819RS 1/8th scale nitro competition buggy. The kit is based on their popular and successful D819. The RS variant features a new 2 mm shorter chassis, rear suspension geometry utilizing a V3 shock tower that allows to adjust wing and body height while new rear shock shafts and lower shock mounting ball cups offer improved durability.

After the announcement at the beginning of this year, HB Racing have finally released the new D819 1/8 nitro buggy. The latest iteration of the World Champion line of buggies from HB Racing, this racing car adds the latest high performance parts to keep it ahead of the competition.

The chassis is symmetrical for better balance and more consistent jumping and cornering. And it’s strategically machined to decrease weight and balance the flex characteristics. A machined aluminum center chassis brace that strengthens the center section of the buggy, and an updated chassis with countersunk mounting holes for the new brace.

HB Racing manager and RC Racing legend Adrien Bertin has confirmed the launch of the Performa Racing brand in the next months.

 Leadfinger: A2 Tactic body for the HB D418

The American brand Leadfinger now offers a new look for the HB D418 1/10 scale 4wd buggy: the all new “vented” A2 Tactic body influenced by racer request form the previous 1/8 designs. The windshield has been laid down slightly to remove the steep rake, while at the same time keeping a modern cab forward feel. The combo gives the D418 a super slick and fast look.
